Clear Treasury provides bespoke, unbiased treasury risk management and consulting, supporting businesses with foreign exchange strategy and foreign exchange payments services. Its sub-brand is Clear Currency and caters to the consumer space, e.g. individuals with property or assets abroad, those looking to move abroad, and people importing and exporting expensive items overseas.
Clear Treasury and Clear Currency required ongoing blog writing to support their SEO strategies and create a digital hub of content. I was tasked with writing blogs to help boost brand awareness and position both brands as experts, offering insight and stability as the UK operates in uncertain financial environments.
Working closely with the business' SEO and content manager, I wrote SEO-optimised blogs that positioned Clear Treasury and Clear Currency as the experts of choice for individuals and businesses looking to move abroad, send money overseas and trade internationally.
I wrote blogs of 1,000 – 2,000 words on a wealth of topics, from the cost of moving abroad to making overseas payments and the cost of living in the UK vs abroad. I ensured keywords were integrated naturally and creatively, taking the time to understand consumer challenges, motivations and frustrations to make every word in every blog count.
To sell-in Clear's services, I wrote about currency risk mitigation and FX tools such as forward contracts, ensuring I had a solid understanding of these myself so I could write easy-to-understand, helpful copy.
